Blood Stains On My Bed!

Didn't pay attention to bed until I was ready to take a shower. As I was putting my suite case near foot of bed I noticed blood on the bed spread. I walked down to front desk and showed them the photo of the blood on my bed spread. They sent someone up to replace because they had no one in house keeping around 9pm. After that I started looking at my room more closely and discovered a dirty wash cloth in shower, trash in the trash can and empty toilet tissue roll. Also the carpet had blonde hair all over it. I talked to manager on the phone the next day and she told because I went through a third party the only thing she could do was to give me some rewards points that I never got. Normally I don't have them clean my room but in this case I wanted them to clean my room . I stayed there 3 nights and they never cleaned my room. I didn't want nothing more than a clean room!

Despite it being very empty, night front desk staff could no be bothered to provide a requested blanket. We were not provided face clothes, used utensils were in dishwasher. Beds were ok, thermostat worked, place was quiet.
Dirty and outdated

The rooms were extremely dirty with stains on the furniture and carpet. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, and the carpet and linoleum were peeling up off of the floor. They did not vacuum between guests - there was dust and dirt on the floor. A friend who stayed in another room had visible black mold inside the wall that was exposed to the room.

My wife and I stayed one night. We arrived about 9pm and uses the phone to check in. The room furniture was so dirty my wife would not sit on any of it. Then we discovered the bed had no top sheet! The staff brought us one and I had to remake the bed. How much attention to detail is the ‘cleaning’ staff doing when they miss a sheet? The A/C heat are old style under the window units. I don’t think the one in the bedroom ever came on. I know breakfast isn’t what it used to be, but. The rates sure seem to include a meal. When the front desk staff walked around the food area, no mask, touching everything, and sneezing, we chose to limit our breakfast. And don’t expect the old evening meal. A victim of Covid. No Hilton Honors gift or welcome either. We were just glad it was only a one night stay.

Rooms weren’t ready to check into until after 5p, elevator was broke, closet door and shower was broke. This place is falling apart is clearly understaffed and over priced. The employees were trying but just did t have the staff and support to make this hotel worth it
