Everyone here is to please you and make your stay enjoyable. From front staff to the breakfast people they were pleased to help you. Best breakfast better than the higher end motels. Rooms very clean as was the premises. You can't do any better than this place. It's conveniently located from the turnpike.
An overnight stay

We spent one night here while passing through. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was with the hallways/stairways/elevator, etc. Didn't look as though any of it had been vacuumed in quite sometime. What appeared to be crumbled up crackers were all over the stairs, the hallway and elevator also needed a good vacuuming.
Wonderful rooms and staff

Stayed 11-15-20. The room was fantastic. Whoever designed was an actual traveler! Bathroom with big vanity, soft towels. Bedroom area had a great big bench (sit or put luggage on)with hooks above for items, desk, closet, and I even liked the window blinds! Bed linens were soft too! Had iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee pot, safe, microwave and fridge! Plus.....very clean. And staff was great!
Horrible management, incompetent front desk staff!

Hotel is the average in need of updating Holiday Inn express, other than the black mold in the bathroom it is pretty normal for the area and semi clean depending on your standards. Breakfast is the normal fake food right down to the hard biscuits and although the coffee isn’t great it is semi hot. I stay in hotels around 250 nights a year so trust me I’ve seen it all, or at least thought I had until I tried to actually get some quality rest here. Housekeeping has zero respect for do not disturb signs and even after talking to them personally explaining that I work nightshift they still would wake me up knocking and saying “housekeeping” fifty times from anywhere between 8:30 am to after checkout timeframes, This occurred on a Thursday and a Saturday and again today which is Sunday but the thing is even when they were not beating on my door I could still hear them down the hall ways banging away, They have zero respect for guest trying to sleep! This particular morning after staying for a week they did it again, then tried calling and woke me up again after just getting back to sleep, then the underwhelming manager starts knocking and yelling through the door that I was supposed to check out which was not true and he would know that if he had competent employees working the desk instead of playing around in the lobby I had informed the not so bright desk staff the night before I would be extending and even made a new reservation, The Ying yang manager yelling through the door is obviously as inept as his staff is and I told him I had a new reservation and was staying and that if he would give me his address I would go to his home where is is trying to sleep and knock on his door repeatably and call him at 3 am like they are doing to me, maybe his job doesn’t require quality rest but mine does. He then yells through the door that I am no longer welcome and can go to another hotel lol and then says he was going to call the “cops” if I didn’t leave. Yes, he said that and after I laughed a bit at his child like behavior I tried to go back to sleep, the longer I was there the madder I was getting as I could still hear the maids outside having conversations and beating on things in the hallway so as I was waiting for the local lEO’s to come which they never did, yeah I know another disappointment all in itself anyway in the meanwhile I canceled my new reservation and went to a hotel that hopefully I can get some sleep at. If this is the only place in town, we’ll you gotta do what you gotta do but I hope you have better luck here than I did.
Nice but pricey

Stayed here for one night while traveling. Good location right off the main highway. They are in the midst of a renovation so I got a room that had been newly renovated and I was the first person to stay in it. The room was nice and clean. Peppermints on the bed!! Bed was very nice and comfortable. The huge walk-in shower was definitely nice. There were soap and shampoodispensers in the shower but two out of three didn’t work. I was glad I had brought my own shower gel and shampoo. There was no paper and pen to write with and there was no TV guide. There was no peephole so you can’t see out without opening the door. The people next-door were noisy and loud talkers so I had to turn my TV up to drowned them out and the people above me I think were practicing Irish dancing. I know noisy neighbors is nothing the hotel can do anything about but I do think the walls between the room could’ve been better insulated to diminish the noise. For the price that I had to pay I don’t think it was worth it. I will say that the check-in was easy and the young man at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant but I have forgotten his name.
