This place was tucked away out of El Paso and a little tricky to get to due to a closed street. Vicky at the front desk was helpful and professional, gave us the discounted online price. We were on the 4th floor, facing the freeway. We could not hear the freeway at all! In fact the whole hotel was very quiet and we had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast has a nice variety, but the eggs were inedible. Not sure what was in them but they were rubbery and tough. We should have had all the prepackaged offerings! For a one night stay it was sufficient.
Excellent hotel in every way!!!

Almost new, the people at the reception are super friendly, for large groups they have perfect control of arrivals and departures, they are professional, serivial, they stand out from a good standard. All the staff is aware of what is happening and always eager to solve, a great option in the area.

Customer service was excellent. I’ve stayed in 3-4 holiday inns in the past couple of months and this place was the best. The options for food and things to do were great and this was the only one that acknowledged my status. We actually got upgraded. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Good options for breakfast if you’re on the go but we were here to hang so every morning was at Cracker Barrel around 10 min drive. We had to coz we didn’t have that where live. Not close anyway. It was such a treat. For lunch or dinner I recommend state line and the crab station. If you’re up for a longer ride, we enjoyed teppanyaki grill which is more around the area where the airport is. It was a nice little weekend trip to El Paso and I was very happy with my choice of hotel.

Be careful - this is the Holiday Inn EXPRESS. The regular Holiday Inn is down the street and is a DIFFERENT hotel (we accidentally went there first). We had a great stay here, though. Everything was clean and looked pretty new. The receptionist was polite and informative. The room was clean and quiet; even though the highway is close by we didn't hear it at all. The rooms are also very spacious. Complimentary hot breakfast was great - there is a pancake maker and hot cinnamon rolls. Plenty of dining options in the area.
Brand new, take advantage while it lasts!

This is a brand new hotel that I had the pleasure of staying at twice in August & September. I interacted with the same courteous front desk staff both times at check in and check out, and was quickly given my welcome points & the room keys/wifi info. Room was obviously clean of course, and for a new hotel, none of the fixtures were funky, which was nice. Breakfast was grab and go (not a grab bag, but continental only, so basically a grab bag but your choice of food). It sufficed (is what is during COVID). Bed & pillows provided a good night's sleep both times as they were balanced on support but softness. Noise from adjacent rooms was not too bad, but that depends mostly on neighbors regardless of the hotel. The room was very spacious and laid out well, as was the lobby. I'm surprised this hotel has some of the lowest rates in the area among IHG hotels considering how new it is, so take advantage!
