I have no idea how some people come to their ratings conclusions, but this place is absolutely terrible and I will tell you why in this rating. Start with the sleazy personnel at check in and check out (check out to follow later). The room had too high ceilings which gave a bad feel to the room. The tv was tiny and there was no channel listing. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and my many years in the military have made me very non critical of bathrooms. All the fixtures were outdated and low end. The tiny short toilet leaked and the seat was loose. There was hair on the floor from previous occupants. Only two towels on a junky and rotting shelf. The water was only luke warm and not hot. There is no gym. Just a tiny room by the pool with a junk bike and treadmill. The breakfast was absolute low grade garbage. No selections and the stuff available was cheap stuff like you find in a gas station. As we tried to eat, the creepy southern Asian man working the desk leered at my wife. As we exited, I walked by openly carrying my travel pillows that I take on vacations. The rude guy accused me of stealing pillows. There is no elevator to the second floor, so take note if handicapped. The entrance was difficult for handicap entry. There were a lot of creepy people lingering the lot and some dope smelling locals were smoking right at the front door. This is a cheap, run down, foul place that gives the Wyndham franchise a bad name. Stay away from this disgusting place.

I'd definitely stay here again. Great location, easy off/on the interstate. Convenient to stores and resturants. i don't have enough to say to make it 200 characters long, so you have to be happy with this.

IfI could rate it lower I would. I seriously thought about sleeping in my car or losing the money and checking in somewhere else. There was a half drank gallon of lemon water on the sink, stains all over the carpet, and something white (I’ll let you decide what that is) on the bed skirt. There was also a strange odor that left me with a headache (seemed like the smell of cigarette smoke being covered up).

We have stayed here for years for weekend trips to Kentucky Kingdom with family. Staff has always been friendly and hotel has always been clean and comfortable. Never had any issues with anything. Checkin and checkout has always been easy. Already have it booked again for another trip soon!
