Overall clean but bathroom not cheerful
My wife was recently hospitalized for a week, and when she got out I felt a hotel stay would do her good. We booked through booking.com and got a king sized bed with mini fridge and microwave for under 90.00 a night for a weekend. The room was clean but small. But the couch is hard as a rock. The bathroom had a broken toilet tank lid, dirt in the bathtub, the caulking along base of tub was dirty, the towel rack over the toilet had dirt and rust on it. After mentioning it they tried to move us but all the other rooms were dirty too and they still have alot of smoking rooms. Will not stay again
Could have been better
Changed the breakfast, was never stocked, beds too small and needs an upgrade in the bathroom. Overall room was clean though, so housekeeping is at least doing their job. Probably will not stay here anymore.
Gear deal
Excellent value for your money. Great and friendly staff, easy to find rooms and working elevator! Breakfast bar was surprisingly great! Room could of been better cleaned (dirty mirror, floor, coffee maker...).
Services Need Improvement
I experienced a unclean room, sheets put on backwards, and no hot water. I found green dirt and patches on the bathroom floor. I did not have any hot water and did not get help from the front desk. Sheets are put on the pillow cased outside.
Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money spotlessly clean resort with all finishes in tip top condition . Was very quiet considering proximity to freeway . The breakfast was better than expected with many different options available
