Excellent location, excellent rooms all very modern and clean, was lucky enough to have a corner rooms with great views. Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Highly recommended, will visit again in the very near future. Book direct for the best deals.

I very much enjoyed staying at Bellevue on my recent trip to Engelberg! The staff was very polite and helpful. The food and the service was excellent and the rooms cozy and clean! Absolutely recommend staying here. The only thing needing improvement would be Internet speed in the bedroom.

Nice hotel with good service

My family (with two kids) stayed here for 5 nights for a ski holiday. We had a connecting room so that worked out just fine. Rooms were a reasonable size and fairly modern facing the train station and a very nice view of the mountains. Breakfast is tricky for the hotel during covid times but in general it was fine as long as you are not expecting the typical large buffet breakfast. We kept it simple and had bread rolls and drinks + eggs and bacon! Staff were very friendly especially "Karolina". She looked after us the whole week! We dined at the onsite restaurant called Yucatan and the staff and the meals were also very good. Very good service. Location of the hotel is pretty good too. Just across the road from the bus stop which takes you straight to the cable car station. Tip: You can buy your ski pass directly from the hotel reception, saves you queuing at the station. In general, the stay was fine, staff were excellent throughout the hotel. Kids didn't complain too much! WIFI speed was an issue for the kids! I would certainly come back and stay here again.

Fantastic hotel and service !

This was my second stay in the Hotel Bellevue-Terminus. Location is very convenient, only 10 minutes walk from the gondola. Breakfast service is great as well, especially during COVID times. Food portions are packed separately to avoid unnecessary contacts. Hotel service is beyond expectations. Big thanks to the Hotel's Manager (Barbara) and the lady (Karolina) from breakfast service.

Modern and so cosy! Home away from home experience

We loved everything about our stay at the Bellevue Terminus. The location is perfect, just across the street from the tiny Engelberg train station, and within walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, monastery, gondolas to the mountain. The hotel is in a beautiful art-deco building which was recently refurbished and the result is very pretty, classy and modern. The bedroom was a good size, with a large beg, nice views, a modern bathroom, and so quiet at night. Breakfast was good and fresh, the "living room" lobby/lounge was a super comfy place to have a drink or just chill after a busy day out. We loved the vibe. And the best part is definitely the staff: everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, they took good care of us and made us feel special. Special thanks to the lady who manned the reception/living room area in the evenings over the last few days, she was fabulous and made us feel at home! We will come again.
