This city hotel was built in 2008 and is located on the seafront, a 15-minute walk from the Medina of Essaouira. As a new establishment, the hotel has 156 rooms, providing a harmonious blend of ethnic tradition and contemporary features. The hotel has a conference hall, which seats up to 120 people, in an elegant and peaceful setting, as well as a lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service. Guests can be pampered at the hairdressing salon, enjoy a drink at the hotel bar or dine in style at one of the hotel's restaurants. 3 week Moroccan Holiday

Our holiday is winding down. only stayed here one night with our room facing the ocean. This is a huge hotel with alot of nooks and crannies,, outside patios, large lobby. Our room was very large, with huge closet area and lots of counter space in the bathroom. Staff checkin in just so so. But I'm not here to make friends and really had no idea that low season means basically deserted hotels. Too cool to swim, enjoyed our bottle of wine on the beach watching the sunset, few steps from the hotel. I really liked everything about this hotel and especially Essaouira. it would be worth coming back and staying longer. the medina area was so much more to our liking after being in Fes and Marrakech. Now that we can compare, the staff here was just ok. maybe because its so less busy, felt like there were just a few occupied rooms. Beautiful complex
Sense of luxury

We were on a 15 day tour of Morocco and were booked into a riad that was not to our standards so we found this place instead and were so happy with our stay. Moustafa is the greatest! We were a little confused late at night wanting food and drink and he recognized that and made us feel at home. The receptionist could not or would not find us a menu but he did and made sure we knew we were welcome and appreciated as guests. The bell men helped us with our heavy baggage immediately upon entry and the room service here was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a proper stay and comfort in Morocco. We felt a sense of luxury here.
Nice rooms, not so good breakfast

We were on a morocco journey for two weeks, and stayed two nights in this well located hotel, right across the road from the Atlantic ocean. The rooms are nice and big, but we had problems getting towels, and tissues. The hotel was pretty empty, because of Covid, which made it nice in order to be able to spread out. We definitely did not like the breakfast, they were not too many choices to our liking. By the way, there are not two swimming pools, just one swimming pool and one decorative pool with a fountain, which was not working during our stay.
Worst Hotel. Don’t stay here.

Don’t stay here. Worst hotel for what you pay and the facade they try badly to present. Had jacket stolen on first evening when I left it on chair in lobby for 15 minutes . No apology. Have had a leak in bathroom that I have complained about 4 times, I’ve now got into the habit of mopping it up and leaving dressing gown on floor. Walls paper thin so you are woken or kept awake by doors slamming or people talking in rooms next or underneath yours. They have posters everywhere that masks must be worn but do not enforce it. Many of the staff have them on under their chins. Witnessed managers screaming at staff on a number of occasions. Sorry I could go on but have had enough. Unfortunately I’m here for another week.
