Just forget it! They are still living in 18th century! Old guy at reception unable to speak english. He had no idea about my reservation on booking.com. So we had to find another accomodation at 22:00.

I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a very unsafe hotel, the door of the room I stayed in was semi transparent, which made absolutely no sense. Overall, the hotel didn't have any security what so ever. The bed sheets were dirty, the room was very dusty and old. It required a lot of maintainance. The rooms are small and underqualified; it's a complete waste of money.

One of the worst hotels I have been in. The room was pretty scuffed. The Wi-Fi was horrible and unavailable most of the day. The hot water would just stop in the middle of the shower. Electricity would just shut down for no reason at all, they say the problem comes form the street. For less than this price you could get a 4 stars hotel somewhere else. Total scam.

Room was horribly dirty, we did not even want to take of our shoes. Window of the room was seeing another apartment and it was too dark in the room. We payed the pris but we didn't stayed there. We prefered stay at our friend's place.. THAT'S TERRİBLE DON'T GO THERE!!!!

I stayed just one night. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. I think Besiktas is center of the Istanbul because It was amazing.. Also I am Besiktas Football Club Fan and when I come to Besiktas Stadium for watch the match, I stay this hotel. I can recommend for everyone.
