Aunque la primera impresión no es muy buena, sobre todo si llegas de noche, despues te das cuenta que la sitacion es bastante realmetnte buena porque todo te coge bastante cerca. La columna de Constantino y el gran Bazar a 10 minutos, al igual que el tranvia T1 que recorre Sultanahmet y llega cerca de la plaza Taskin en la parte asiatica. El apartamento esta bien aunque necesitaria alguna mejora en equipamiento de cocina. El baño y la cama correctos. Al ser un apartahotel la limpieza es diaria y los reponsables solo hablan turco e ingles.

My family and I are disappointed with the reception and conditions of this hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone Rude welcome and send off by the owner. The cleaning lady, who happened to be the only worker in the hotel, constantly entered our rooms without warning to clean the rooms and the bathroom - but she never did. The towels and sheets were very worn, torn and with holes. There was a fly in the rooms, the bathroom and the windows. We tried to explain to the cleaner but she didn't understand us or pretended to, she only spoke in Russian and very bad Turkish and it was hard for us to understand her. Me and my family are not satisfied and we gave one star for it. And immediately got a phone call from the owner, followed by many insults and swearing at me and my mother. That's not all, there's more! The owner immediately used our bank details to compensate himself with more money under the pretext of Booking. com Because we would have used the hotel's parking... which does not exist at all to use. The hotel has no parking!! We used paid parking a few streets over, which we paid for!

Location: The apartment block is located close to Sultan Ahmet, about 15 minutes walking distance. However, to get to the main road on which you can access the tram (this is the same road that leads to Sultan Ahmet or the Blue Mosque), you must climb some several steep hills. To make matters worse, this apartment is located deep into a purely residential part of the Sultan Ahment area and is not very pleasing to the eye, at all; it is an eye sore !! The street are dark and narrow. The walls are covered with graffiti. The bins are all overflowing. The street cats are everywhere…. The hotel front looks quite modern in the pictures but google the street view and you will certainly see a clearer picture of the area. At night time, working through the dark, narrow and steep side streets to get to the hotel can make you feel unsafe. What you will find however is many street cats and overflowing bins near the apartment. Further, the area immediately behind the apartment is fenced off and has been left unattended leading to a growth of a small forest which is now home to bugs of many kinds. These bugs if you are staying in the ground floor apartment will somehow get into your room on a daily basis, even if you keep the windows closed at all times. You will constantly be clearing them out Cleanliness of: The Kitchen: Stains all over the couch. The kitchen utensils provided are at a bare minimum. At one point I decided I would need to use the kettle as a jug of water. Whatever bare mininumum utensils we did get, they all needed a thorough wash first. The Apartment: We were given the “smoking room”. Apparently staff used it to smoke in. One evening we returned after a full day out on an excursion to find the room smelling of cigarettes. FINAL NOTE: The cleaner would only make the bed for us. No other cleaning would be done and that was enough for us. However, she began leaving the front big windows upon of our downstairs apartment. We came home on our last evening to find that a cat had jumped in through the window. We find it sat on our bed !!! This was a traumatic and frightening experience for me as the cat began jumping around. We found cut fur all over our clothes we had left in the room. When we complained about this to Mehmet (The Hotel Manager), he said “What can I do. There are so many cats in Sultan Ahmet”. Searching for a better response, I complained further and he merely responded by saying “I have had a long day. Go!. I speak with you tomorrow”. Of course the next day early in the morning it was thankfully time to leave this place to continue on with our journey. T.V: Does not work and is unplugged

Отель с ужасными условиями, все старое-дряхлое!!! Отель явно очень давно используется без какого-либо ремонта. С чистотой проблемы, белье-полотенца - все не первой свежести. Под окном стройка. Ресепшена нет. Хозяева обманули, так как фото вообще не соответсвует действительности. Не советую отель даже для одной ночи.

Отель-катастрофа!хотели жить 10дней,забронировали,дали аванс-ибо поверили booking и отелю,что фото проверены!а там и близко не соответствует тому,что на фото.хозяин сего отеля мошенник и врун,на букинг отправил сообщение что мы не приехали,тем самым списал у нас деньги.а смысл нам оплачивать если мы не едем...и фото откуда у нас взялось вместе с видео...мы же не приехали!ворвались наверно и сняли...не езжайте туда это днище
