We stayed at this hotel the night before and the last night of our vacation. The shuttles were good and on time. Very close to airport. The KEG is right next door and they have a restaurant in the hotel itself. Both very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and clean. Will stay again for sure.

Nice room, clean and good staff. EV charger was good but you need to ask to have the maintenance team turn it on. They go home at 11 so if you come in after that you might not get a full charge as they won’t be able to turn it on in the morning.

I’m here now and so far have had a poor experience. The shuttle experience was absolutely awful. One doubletree shuttle, which was for a different hotel, told me where to wait. So I did and then saw the shuttle blow right past me so I waited in the cold for over 40 minutes. Then upon check in, no offer for this warm cookie they are famous for. I can’t eat them, but why did you offer everyone else checking in one, and not me? Get to my room and had wanted a view of the airport. Asked to move. Nope. Your room doesn’t accommodate an upgrade. Upgrade? I booked a king, what else would there be? I’d like to get room service. No menu to be found. I don’t know about a single amenity here because the front desk didn’t mention a single one. People are tired after flying and appreciate the extra service when they get to their hotel. I’m sad to say I saw none of that here.

Good stay, patient management

We were happy to have been moved here from the Hilton Garden Inn. Check in was smooth even though I was initially upset about switching hotels. The manager went above and beyond to help us get our car parked & give us a ride to & from the park & fly. It was adjacent to a restaurant which was good. The warm cookies at check in were good. We would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay on our way from the airport

We had a reservation at the Hampton Inn but were told they could not house us and we were rebooked to the Doubletree. We were not very sorry they did because this hotel is great. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, good beds, restaurant on site and free shuttlebus.
