Our room was dirty. I wiped down a lot of sticky surfaces. There was mold in the bathroom. We had a suite with a pullout bed. May be the worst pullout bed I ever saw. Half of the electrical outlets did not work. Burned out lightbulbs we had to replace ourselves. On our first night I got in the elevator to go to the lobby. The lady from the front desk was in the elevator mopping. She asked me to hold the door at each floor so she could mop the landing outside of the elevator. Forget the inconvenience, the cleaner smell was enough to give you a headache. We were here for a hockey tournament. All 3 nights the hockey players reported the smell of marijuana in the hallway. For the price, I expected a lot more.

We came to Evansville for to visit family and because we had stayed there before, we chose it again. The staff was extremely friendly like they always knew you. I will choose this place again and again. Thank you.

Grandbaby visit

Visited Evansville to see my 3 week old granddaughter. We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites and had a pleasant stay. The hotel was only 5 minutes from their home for great convenience. The grounds outside hotel were clean, adequate parking, friendly and very helpful staff at desk and through-out facility. Breakfast was great with warm eggs, sausage, potatoes and my favorite flip waffle iron! Will definitely be staying here again for our next several Granddaughter visits!

We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and clean room. The staff was friendly, we had no big issues. The only small issue was that they ran out of regular coffee at breakfast and the decaf was lukewarm, otherwise, it was fine.

Do not stay here

So,we got there.Front desk lady was very nice.We got to our room.Pulled the blankets back there was blood and what looked like poop on it.We went to get a new room.Lady was very apologetic.Get to 2nd room and noticed a wet puddle in room which smelled like someone dropped cleaner on it.Bugs in window.bathroom smelled of cheese.View of pool which was a disaster.Light bulbs broken all over. Elevator was duscusting.Ceiling lights out,a ton of bugs in the lights.When we woke up we had respiratory issues from the dust.Do not recommend.
