Be aware-don't stay here

Stay away! First of all, you need to supply your own dishes unless you want to pay for them and cookware separately. Secondly, one of the housekeepers accessed my room on my non-cleaning day and tried to access my laptop. I know this because they attached a USB device and my laptop didn't recognize it and it malfunction. As they did this, they broke my fan causing my laptop to overheat and now it will not even turn on. People party in the parking lot and leave their beer cans laying all over(I have pictures). They are loud and blare their stereos. I am a traveling nurse and work night shift and need to sleep during the day. One day there was pounding, I called the front desk and was told there was no repairs occurring yet it continued all day. Needless to say, I received little sleep that day. I contacted their corporate office with no response. I have since moved to another facility and am getting my much needed rest after working all night.
Absolutely Terrible in Dickinson, ND

Do not stay at the WoodSprings in Dickinson, ND. Upon checking in for my week stay, my fiancé helped me carry my things up to the third floor. Then she was asked for DL and was told she wasn’t allowed in their hotel without leaving a copy at the front desk. I told them she wasn’t staying and they said it was their hotel and they needed to know everyone that walks thru the door. When getting into my room, housekeeping was still in there and finishing up last min cleaning, which was weird to already have someone in the room upon arrival. The room smelled funny and the flies were beyond horrible, killing at least 30-50 a day, I told the front desk and housekeeping only for them to tell me that flies were horrible everywhere. I work nights and I made them aware that I was sleeping durning the day. Every day someone else was knocking on my door, trying to come in but I had the latch over so they couldn’t. Then they sounded the alarms and again tried to come in my room. When I spoke with the front desk, they said they needed to “check” every room! Even after I explained I was a day sleeper. Between the massive fly problem and being woke up daily I decided to switch hotels early, I left without finishing my reservation. If you are a night worker, like many are in this area, I do NOT recommend staying at this disgusting place. I’ve stayed in hotels almost my entire life and never have I came across such a nasty place. To top everything the staff is unbelievably rude and they could care less about the guests staying here. Where I’m currently staying (in the same town) they don’t have such a fly problem.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

We stayed here for 13 weeks while on a travel assignment for my job. First of all the rate I was told on the phone was not what I paid EVER. Second of all I work nights and the housekeepers BANG on your door all day. EVEN with the lock on they would open the door and bang it off of the lock SEVERAL times. The walls are paper thin we had an annoying person next to us the whole time all that he ever did was yell and scream on the phone. Third our bathroom light broke a month in and they never fixed it even though being reported multiple times. Wifi sucks! Washers and dryers were always broke and the desk never had change! Only the night shift staff would give it to us. The ladies who work the front desk are always rude. Lastly they would take our your money at all different times and days and different amounts so I’m sure I was scammed out of LOTS of money staying in this cheap place. They also lock you out of your room on purpose when they take out your money on the wrong days and it fails! I get per diem and I would have it in there & they wouldn’t take it out till the end of the week when I had already paid my other bills! They’re supposed to take it out on Mondays. Which is when I get paid! Even after explaining this I got harassed and locked out of my room several times because they can’t keep their selfs straight. I had an awful experience in this place and I will NEVER stay in a Woodspring Suites again! We also could never get toilet paper and trash bags we had to buy our own! Overall I would’ve saved so much more money if I had just avoided this hotel!
This place is surprising

fast checkin, amazing rates and clean efficient full sized room. Bathroom was large and ample with necessities. there was an unopened box of tissues given to each room it seemed. clean property, crowd may feel sketch due to truck stop nearby, but the rooms are great esp at this price.
NOT “pet friendly” without paying
Reviewed 20 september, 2019
My family stayed here because when I booked online it said Pet Friendly more than once (without stipulations included). We came with our small dog only to find out that it is $50 per night for a pet!!!! My dog sleeps on her own blanket, has NO accidents and is by far neater/cleaner than our two boys!! I was told that if she is a service dog, I wouldn’t be charged the extra cleaning fee?!?! So service dogs are exempt to the supposed “extra work the maids have to do to clean”? Makes no sense. I would be willing to pay a refundable deposit for a pet, but not the $50 charge for absolutely NOTHING extra on the hotels part! Also, it is like Fort Knox getting in & out of the tiny lobby area... keys needed at every 5 feet of doors!! Won’t be staying here again!
