A hot mess! Unprofessional Management
Reviewed 15 november, 2021
This place was a hot mess! Check in time was 3pm we arrived at approximately 415pm room not ready . 15 minutes later room was ready and we were given a "handicap" room with limited space it was cold and Michigan so we had big coats and NOWHERE to hang them on the room??? Really . The room we had contained no closet and everything room item was “short “ to accommodate wheelchair bound people which neither of use had the disability. My mom who has bad knees and a bad back has to bend down almost to the floor to put her clothes in the dresser really ???? Everything about this room was off. We were not informed that we had been assigned this type of room or I would of taken my business elsewhere!! I reported my concerns to the manager, she totally missed the point and acted nonchalantly. So guess what we won’t be back to that hotel and I won’t be recommending it to any friends or family. I’ll go elsewhere where I am valued as a Marriott member. Thanks but no thanks Fairfield inn.
Older hotel, but nice

An older hotel and the room needs a few upgrades but it was nice and clean. We had a small suite. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Good location, the employees were very friendly and efficient. Nice area to walk around down the street to get some exercise.
Great Local Hotel

Stayed for one night for a local family event and the hotel couldn’t have been more ideal. The price was right, the staff was great, and the gym is good. The staff is managing to be accommodating and positive even though clearly short staffed during these crazy times.

Arriving late to a sold out hotel and about to be told we had to find another one. Elizabeth at the Desk was AMAZING!!! She took the time to deep clean the last room left. No the TV didn’t work, not it wasn’t a king bed. But she gave us the choice and aloud us to choose if we wanted to stay or not. She took the time to make sure we were taken care of at 11pm and I really appreciated she worked so hard to help us.

I've stayed in 100+ Marriott properties, and this was the dirtiest I've seen. The outside was overgrown with weeds. Carpets were all stained. Found trash on the window sill and under the bed. Screen broken and wallpaper falling off due possible water damage. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly . Hotel is conveniently located off of 696.
