Great staff in trying times
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic we only had brief (at a distance) contact with the front desk staff. They were very appologic for the goverment imposed limited facilities (no restaurant or pool, etc...). But they were super friendly and helpful and professional, no wide eyed panic that we noticed in some local retail stores. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very nice beds with a variety of pillows. Large shower. If the need arises I would stay again and will consider Holiday Inn properties for my travel stays in the future.
A great location
We were in town for business. This is a clean hotel with kind staff and comfortable beds. There is a work out facility and small pool. Breakfast may or may not be included with booking prices which were a bit confusing.
Great property and location
Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, very reasonable prices. We loved having the small market for late night hungry kiddos. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was a big plus, complete with a seating area and fireplace.
Modern, Clean and Comfortable
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and it’s now my new favorite in the area when visiting family in the area. Modern, attractive lobby, and wide, bright hallways. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the beds are oh so comfy! Choice of firm or soft pillows on each bed. Best of all, the desk folks were really friendly, even for a late night check in. Located on a quiet street, it’s easily accessible to grocery and other shops, and not far off the highway.
Friendly, family oriented, and fun
This is such a great place. Malika checked us in and she was great!!! Great sense of humor. Super sweet. Super helpful. Very prompt to anything anyone needed. And you could always find her. The hotel is GORGEOUS!!!!!!! It’s classy and family friendly!!! I am sitting out front listening to them play some old jazz music. The lobby is inviting and relaxing. You actually enjoy spending time there. It’s not stuffy or unwelcoming. The pool is toasty and clean. The gym is perfect size to get in a small workout on vacation. Close to the interstate. And you don’t here a lot of noise. But the service is what keeps me coming back to Holiday inns and Malika is one of the best!!! Give that girl a raise!!!!!!! She deserves it and then some!!!!!! Ps can lower the prices in the snacks please for the kiddies. Thanks.
