Room was clean. We got a ground floor room looking at the pool. Loved that we could walk right out our door & be outside! Went to dinner at Spokes which is connected to the hotel. Service & food were both excellent! Waitresses were very nice. Only drawback was the walls were paper thin & we could hear the guys outside that were very noisy & inconsiderate! Anyway, take a fan to cut out the noise & it will be perfect! Especially for the price!

So clean! Remember when hotels cleaned your room every day? Well, this one still does! I haven’t seen that since pre-Covid times and I travel frequently at 4 and 5 star hotels. The price is right here too. Less than half of the “okay” Hampton Inn across town. The amenities are adequate - great breakfast with lots of choices, pool, but no elevator to get to second floor. This is my new go-to for Farmington area hotels.

We were in town for a wedding and the more mainstream hotels were booked up. We arrived to find that there is no elevator. Period. My friend in poor health had a hard time with the stairs and lugging her bag up. So please be aware and request a first floor room if you choose to stay here. There were 3 of and and we asked for a rollaway bed so we could each have our own bed. It came with a sheet and no blankets. It also was basically coils of spring with fabric on top so there’s no way to sleep comfortably on it. We sent it back. Bathroom. I took just a couple photos. Yikes. I’d probably say if you can find somewhere else stay, do that.

Overall I think this is a very solid place to stay for the money. The front desk people were friendly and were willing to get you anything extra that you need. The breakfast was great, but there was one morning that the person that was running the breakfast area seemed to be more concerned about talking than to ever bother checking what might be low. The next morning a different lady was there, and everything was great. A little more attention on cleaning around toilet in room would really help. It was a great value compared to the other hotels in the area.

We have stayed here three times as we have family in the area. Clean rooms with comfy beds and nice TVs. Hot breakfast is offered daily. They re refreshing the common spaces and guest rooms. Overall a good bang for the buck.
