Do NOT expect amenities of ANY type AS ADVERTISED. The rooms are adequate for sleeping and bathing only. The staff are disgruntled at having to lie to guests about the unavailability of amenities due to COVID-19 when really the property is not being properly maintained.

This is a terrible place!! Sent us to a room that was trashed, then sent us to one that was occupied, now we have one that stinks of cigarettes!!! If it wasn't 2:48 in the morning, after having an accident on 95, we would move on but we are exhausted. What a night!!! Do not recommend this place, AT ALL!

I came out of this room with Bedbug bites! We saw a crawling bug on my daughters bed pillow, and there was gum stuck on the lampshade between the 2 beds. When we went to walk our dogs there was dog mess all around the property and my daughter step in it and dragged the dog poo into the room unaware. So we had do mess to deal with on the floor and bedding. Big Mistake booking here.

Please don’t waste your money on this hotel! Although it is inexpensive, it is not well cared for. The room had a distinct smell when we entered. The heating system did not work correctly (had it on 76 degrees but it was blowing cool air (temps outside in the 30’s)). Shower not adjustable and managed to soak floor even with careful curtain placement. Refrigerator was unplugged and this kind room had barely a walkway to the bathroom because of furniture placement. Continental breakfast was a sham. Supposed to be from 6 - 9, but when we got there at 7:45, I got the last pieces of bread for toast. Three of four cold drink taps were out of order, leaving only apple juice. No eggs of any description. No napkins. In short, avoid this hotel. There are numerous other choices immediately around it

I will classify this place as not acceptable . There were roachro under the telephone. The room had an odor. The bathroom was flooded after a shower. The sweet receptionist was bombarded with the multiple request to resolve issues. The only bright light in this experience is that she was very professional and wanted to help but was limited.
