I stayed with my husband for 12 nights in October. We have stayed in several 5 star hotels in Turkey and would rate this as a great 4 star but needs a little work to be 5 star. For couples was good would definitely recommend, wouldn't recomend for families Good points... Hotel modern and very clean Staff all amazing work very hard Over 12 nights we only ate out twice as food was really good Beach ok Room cleaned daily , maid service brill,great views Had two fabulous treatments at the spa Evening entertainment was fantastic, several rock bands and a few different acts ( not on every night ) Not so good points... No wifi on beach No beach bar ( only short walk back to hotel for drinks however I would expect more for a 5 star ) Pool freezing ( sea warmer ) No day time activities around pool Icecream only available for 1 hour in the afternoon Only one bedside table in room Snack bar closes at 4 so no food available for two hours untill evening meal ( quite late for small children) Hubby was looking forward to Turkish shave after reading reviews however he had a young lad that didnt even talk to him and used hair clippers on his face.... I had hair cut , asked for trim and she took almost 3 inches off left in tears .... All a cart we visited once food ok menu was a bit confusing I suspect some of these issues are down to going at end of season in October Over all we would recommend infact hubby loved it so have booked return visit this may

We came for visitors me and my wife we had amazıng tıme at Vertex we wasnt sure hotel was open its pleased to know that hotel open all season at wınter time they are working B&B concept its fine we are looking forward stay on summer we are wondering when season wıll start? İs it possible swım on april? Thank you!!

Amazing place! Absolutely brilliant 👏 thanks Staff super attentive and helpful, nothing too much trouble. All meals fantastic, pool side snack bar/restaurant a real benefit. Bars and restaurant totally first class

Very delayed in writing my review, visited this hotel twice in 2022 and booked up ready to go again in April, absolutely love it, staff are all so friendly, always cleaning but never too busy to help with anything, big shout out to Melissa such a lovely friendly lady, only thing to say that I feel could easily be changed is the water temperature in the pool, it’s that little bit too cold and can’t stay in it for long

A chilled week in a modern clean hotel

We stayed here in June for 7 nights, and had a relaxing week at the Sundia. When we checked in, we had a poor room on the lowest floor in the far corner. I got the impression I was not the first guest to complain around that room. I know someone as to stay in it, but i do feel the hotel needs to address the descriptions of the rooms. I won’t dwell on it further, as we did get a different room which was a lot better. The staff were all smiles and attentive. The view from the bar and the sunset was lovely. It is a 24 hour bar also. The food in the buffet restaurant varied each night and we both enjoyed it. I wasn’t overly impressed with the Al la care seafood restaurant. When I made the reservation, he said to me “do you have trousers and shoes, you need them”. When we went to dine, I was pretty the only fool that was wearing trousers in an extremely hot restaurant. Other positives were the sun loungers were plentiful, and they were very comfortable. Also, the hotel was clean and immaculate. Would I recommend this hotel to others? Certainly. A very relaxing and chilled week in an extremely modern hotel with super friendly staff.
