In need of an update/remodel

Overall, property is rundown and neglected. Bathroom towels and rug had holes. Lobby elevator looked like someone forgot to clean up the trash bag that broke open. Mini fridge barely worked. TV remote missing back for batteries. Just a hot mess.

Good staff and clean rooms near food and amenities. Breakfast was adequate and coffee decent. There was construction at 1st floor but it never bothered me. Highway was near so recommend asking for room away from road.

This is the best option available, in the Fishers Indiana area. I have always loved staying at mariott hotels. But Americaninn & Wyndham has became my favorite place to stay. Clean & wonderful breakfast options to choose. Staff here are very understanding & polite.

This place is a dump! Staff unenthusiastic, everything was broken when we arrived. Elevator broke first day no repair. Key cards ahead to keep getting revised . With no elevator that means going up 3 flights of stairs to discover you can’t get in go down for key and back up. Ugh! Room was gross. No bed pillows - just throw pillow size pillows with no covers. Too many issues. I way overpaid for what we got!!! Ruined our entire weekend. Thought we could just deal with it since essentially we were just sleeping there but even that was disappointing with no elevator everyone stomped up the stairs and slammed the doors!! Beware!!!

I feel sorry for the employees - they are stuck dealing with angry customers over issues they have no power/control/tools to fix. Management is non-existent. The place is gross. The bathtub ran 24hrs a day. The toilet barely flushed toilet paper. The bathtub and sink had no stoppers in the drains. The desk lamp was broke. The bed lamp shade was not attached to the lamp. The pillows were horrible. The ice-maker was broken. The juice machine was broken. The elevator broke on the 2nd day of our stay. There was NO housekeeping. The room they offered to move us to had no ac/heat (we chose to stay where we were. There was a "911" truck parked in front of the building for 3 days (wonder what that was about...).
