LOUD - paper thin walls, loud doors, barking dogs, traffic noise - horrible. Limited parking, no idea on breakfast. The pool looked nice :) person that checked us in was kind - only one person checking people in and answering the phones, lots of options in the area - new but poorly built
Wow, the old place looks great!

My last review of this location was 2013 and I’m back with 2 newer Whippets and the remodel looks tremendous. Room was large and well equipment for the 21st century unlike the old 2013 version. Great location, areas to walk the dogs, no pet fees, clean and quiet. Superb!

This hotel is aesthetically pleasing to look at with the surroundings, lobby and rooms. However, being assigned a room that is part of a suite means the walls are VERY THIN if someone is assigned the next adjoining room. Locking the adjoining door means nothing when you can hear the couple next to your room. Would much rather stay in a cheaper hotel where I can get some peace and quiet.
They could do better.

I am currently on a four day stay in room 129. Room is spacious; ac works well; good shower; towels are nice and fluffy. Hallways and common areas are well taken care of. Problems: wi fi is spotty. Emails etc no problem. Streaming is hit or miss. I would not plan on a zoom meeting here. Our normal evening entertainment at a hotel is essentially ended to the lack of continuity. Breakfast: not good. This is a high carb breakfast; no protein (eggs, sausages, etc); it is called a hot breakfast because one can make a waffle. No one is taking the time to replenish what is taken. After 8am, the pickings are slim. Plastic knives are on back order? Really? We go out for breakfast instead. This has added about $30 a day budget hit. It is really more like a continental breakfast. If it were not for the wi fi and breakfast, I would stay here again. No indication or enforcement of masking in the hotel. Not good.

It was so pleasant. Loved the lobby, fireplace, friendliness of the staff, all of it! Sheets and bed wonderful. Bathroom clean. When we walked into the hotel, there was such a fresh, clean smell. Really loved it.
