Reliable Standard Quality Inn

We regularly stay at this location in Flagstaff. Flagstaff has grown enormously in the past decade and this area is now surrounded by stores, buildings, a shopping center, etc. The building has encroached on the hotel a bit so it feels "stuck" in on a hillside with a difficult siting. But the hotel is clean, dated but comfortable, rooms are fine, and the service is great. There is a lovely large dining area with an enormous fireplace and plenty of space to meet or just relax. Breakfast is buffet and is very good and well maintained by servers who watch the food supply so you are never out of eggs or juice. I would expect that this will be on Quality Inn's list for updating soon.
Not bad at all

First time at this location. Check in staff was efficient, got us our key cards in lightning fast time. Took a bit to find our rooms but once we did, we could park close and get settled after a long drive from coastal California. The rooms were small, yes, but we needed someplace to sleep, not to spread out and lounge. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The furnishings were adequate and mostly in good shape. There was a microwave and fridge and big screen teevee. In room coffee was very nice in the morning! The place was quiet overnight. The grab and go breakfast bags were simple but provided needed energy for the remaining segments of our trip, and there was coffee and juice and yogurt and such to supplement the bagged snacks. All in all a fine place to lay your head after a long drive. Recommended.

This hotel is VERY outdated! The inside looks just as bad as the outside. The lobby has ripped up furniture. The paint on the outside of the building is peeling and chipped. The inside of our room was terrible looking! The air conditioner didn’t have a vent cover, the ceiling had water stains, the wall by the tv was poorly patched, and the complementary lotion was already used!
Dirty and Loud

Stayed there for one night. Strange experience. Our room door was open when we went to open it. The pillows were at the foot of the bed instead of at the head of the bed. The room itself looked dirty, but could have been just in dire need of updating. It was also loud. We could hear guests outside and also traffic.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in! I originally booked for 4 nights, but barely made through one. Upon entering the smell of smoke and mildew was overwhelming. We purchased an air freshener and Lysol disinfectant at Walmart. There was mold in the air conditioner and bathroom. The blanket was grossly stained. The bathroom faucet was loose and the air vent cover did not fit. The staircase outside was in poor repair. I would definitely not walk on it. I left early in the morning and after showing the manager some pictures I took he grudgingly refunded my other three nights. Can’t even imagine what breakfast might have been. NEVER stay here
