First of all the front desk lady was great. She was the best. But the heater was not working. The thermostat and the controls were not working right so it was on or off... in Flagstaff... in January. A sauna or freezing. We got a blanket from the car to help keep warm. The bathroom sink faucet was coming apart. We could not figure out how to get water without dislodging it. The maintenance man could not be found. About 30 trains run in front of this motel all night and all day, added to a ton of traffic noise. Just don't bother.

Good Value for Quick Overnight Stay

Reviewed 10 january, 2022

We were driving cross country and needed somewhere to stay for about 10 hours, so were looking for somewhere inexpensive and convenient to the freeway that accepted pets. We also wanted a ground floor room where we could park right by the room since we needed to unload our car. This was a great pick! The younger girl that checked us in was very friendly, efficient, and gave us some dinner recommendations. (We went next door to the Mexican restaurant for take out and highly recommend them!) The rooms are pretty dated, but clean, and we liked that it had a refrigerator in the room. Our coffee make had only 1 regular pod and 1 decaf pod, but I went to the front desk and had no problem getting more regular pods. It is very close to railroad tracks, so if you are a light sleeper, the frequent trains might bother you, but after 13 hours of driving, we didn't care. There is not a big area for outside for dogs, but ours did fine. If we go back home on this route, we will definitely stay here again.

our trip to flagstaff was to go to snow bowl the commute to the mountain was about 20 mins our stay was nice we chose to stay for a night. the location is close to downtown flagstaff close to a nearby supermarket if the need arises, and close to the highway as well. recommended for a 1 or 2-night stay.

Good, inexpensive hotel

Better than your average motel. Kind staff; convenient location. Right across the street from railroad but we didn’t even hear it at night. Comfortable beds too! Continental breakfast is some prepackaged muffins, fruit cups, yogurt, juice and coffee. We didn’t mind because we didn’t go for the breakfast.

Loved the value

It was a nice clean place. The staff was great! The continental breakfast wasn’t much, but it was better than nothing. I’m grateful we had some yogurt, little cup of canned fruit, prepackaged muffins, and some juice.
