Great hotel with great price

Staff was very pleasant and polite. Room & bathroom were clean (we did not use the housekeeper during our stay, though she stopped every day to inquire if we needed any items). Towels were fluffy and beautifully white. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Overall a very nice stay and will recommend to our family/friends and parent group for the UNA students. Very happy we chose Baymont.

None clean stairs

In the night was very dirty the stairs and access at the room, still the day after was dirty, none clean it. Breakfast very, very poor. Better to say, there isn’t breakfast. Too expensive as dirty, no elevator and no breakfast.

Overall, hotel was average. Lots of other who stayed there were smoking outside with their doors open. Had to change rooms because of it. Room had a backed up sink and candy on the floor. Receptionist was nice. Convenient location.

Too small for wheelchair

Handicap room twin bed too small for wheelchair. Bathroom handicap plenty big enough if you can get to it. Beds weren’t bad. Coke and ice machine available. Staff was friendly. Booked for price but wish I had spent more for room. Lesson learned.

Fabulous!!! Very clean, well priced, safe location just begins to describe this hotel. They are following Covid-19 protocol and we felt very safe. At check in we were handed sanitizing wipes and a bottle of hand sanitizer. Room was nicely decorated and had hard surface floors which we prefer.
