The Daifa was chosen by the organization staff of an event we attended in Florianópolis, so we had to stay there. Ok, it's near downtown and the breakfast is good. The room had AC and the ocean view is amazing. It,s near the airport and the staff is very friendly (as most of the city population). But it's not a place I will choose myself. The hotel is pratically in the Saco de Limões "favela", which can be pretty dangerous (two days after we left, drug dealers burned a police car nearby). There is also a nightclub across the street that keeps you awake with loud music all night long. And it's not that cheap (about US$ 120,00/night). You rather rent a car and stay at some hostel at the north beaches (Praia Mole, Ingleses, Jurerê) where the sandy beaches, big waves, trendy restaurants and amazing dunes are.

Gorgeous view, okay rooms, and good price

We stayed here 3 times while on our vacation in Brazil. We used it as a transit hotel when coming to and from other parts of Brazil. It was very convenient and close to the airport. The view of the bridge is so beautiful. The price was economical for us, and the location was impossible to beat. We'd stay here again.

Recomendo e índico, Muito boa opção de hospedagem econômica em Florianópolis SC, atendimento nota 10 da Equipe. Café da Manhā excelente, apartamentos limpos e higienizado, boa Localização e uma vista Maravilhosa das pontes de Florianópolis e da Baia Sul.

Gostaria de dar 5 estrelas pela localizacao excelente do hotel e o ótimo custo beneficio. A area da piscina fornece uma vista excepcional de Floripa. Além disso, fomos muito bem atendidos quando mais precisamos em especial pelo sr. Valter que foi muito bacana providenciando ajuda mesmo quando nao era obrigacao do hotel.

Ótimo atendimento, uma vista incrível e um café da manhã feito com muito amor! Os funcionários indicam passeios e no hotel tem um fotógrafo guia que leva os turistas para conhecerem a ilha! Uma experiência inédita!
