Keys trip

Reviewed 16 november, 2021

Nice, clean room. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was horrible. Juice and a granola bar. A hard crunchy granite bar. More options would have been better. Muffins, danishes, premade microwaveable biscuit would have been nice.

I have to start by saying that the initial check in to the hotel was most agreeable with the night shift front desk service associate was very helpful. Amy at the front desk being your first point of contact its not a good selection as she seems to have a very difficult time greeting with a smile but with a distain look. I was told she would not do any room changes on her shift "because we can't move people from room to room". She then proceeded to ask me if I have any ID and how many nights was the room booked as if obtaining that information was inaccessible with her system. She then stated that I could also check out if it was not the help I was looking for. I strongly believe that Amy should have coaching lessons on her approach on making guests feel comfortable but not adding questions on top of questions and adding more barriers where there should be no barriers. Amy my advice to you would be not to have such a distraught face when your name is asked and have a sarcasm attitude and commentary if there was "anything else you can help me with". If you are a customer I would recommend another location perhaps but Amy has left me in a lower place. Thank you.

Consistently Good

We returned here once again. Quick check in. Great pool. Quiet room. Good king bed for a great price. Towels at the pool. Good bath tub. Great REFRIGERATOR. TV and Micro. Should be a HALL OF FAME THIS YEAR TOO.

Nice room Bugs tho

Reviewed 17 july, 2021

We stayed one night before returning to key west. Quite private room but in morning there were bugs everywhere. AC was either freezing cold or terribly warm. The parking lot traffic was Entertaining. But theu could use better security. Price nowhere near reasonable either.

Stay Away

Reviewed 26 june, 2021

Didn’t get to stay here. The lady at the front desk was disrespectful and canceled my reservation. I am a disabled combat veteran and this was how I was treated. She also tried to charge me for a nights stay when she canceled the room. The lady that was at the front desk should be fired immediately. Or there is a major lawsuit coming. Wyndham has not helped with this issue at all. They hung up on me when I called them to report this hotel. I am a platinum member as well. This is how Wyndham hotels is treating their veterans. If you are a veteran or military please look at other hotels and do yourself a favor. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate. Manager should start looking at employees better.
