Very good for what it is
It is 5 star except they do not have free breakfast and the business centers are in public areas. With COVID, the restaurant and bar are closed. The property is new. It is very clean and well appointed. The staff is professional and helpful. The room price was a bit more than comparable properties. The location is away from the nearest busy street. Very quiet. It is within easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was standard size, smallish for my taste. The love seat was curved and not comfortable. The room had god accent lighting and varied wall covering. Our room had a balcony overlooking a canal with waterfalls. Very nice. The mattress is standard Marriott. These are excellent, but this one was bit hard. Maybe my old body is less tolerant. The pillows were varied, but not as soft as I like. Room cleaning was available upon request. The fitness room is well equipped, but you must request staff open it. The indoor pool is closed. There are two business center areas with two computers and a printer each. Both are in public areas. The internet seemed slow, but it checked out at 28 down and 30 up Mbps. The bistro is closed due to COVID. No free water was offered. The water in the room was $5 per bottle. The hotel caters to business travelers on expense accounts.
Nice updated hotel
This was a short 2 night stay, hotel was clean, resturant was open. Bathroom was big and open with a walk-in shower. We liked the modern decor. The worst thing was the smoke detector flashed all the time and was freaky at night. Defiantly bring a sleeping mask and earplugs for a good night sleep.
Excellent Hotel.
My son and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The lobby and common areas are clean and very inviting. The beds are comfortable and the linens are First Class. The breakfast menu is a bit on the thin side with not enough choices to eat. but what they do have is properly prepared and tasty.
You Hear Other People’s Business
We spent one night for a nearby wedding. Clean and new hotel with very good rooms and bathrooms. What we noticed (and heard) was anytime someone flushes a toilet around you, you hear it. This is annoying in the middle of the night. Also TV’s and noise in adjoining rooms are audible in your room. Bottom line is we had a poor night’s sleep in a nice hotel.

This hotel was nice but we stayed 3 nights and 2 days and they never cleaned the room even when we reminded them to do it. We left each day at 19 am but people just did not seem to care. We left disappointed in Marriott
