We were the victims of an attempted break in, someone slammed or kicked the door so hard it woke us up at 3:30 am. The front desk was slow to respond and had no idea how to handle the situation. Not sure if she ever contacted the police. We were so rattled that we hastily packed our belongings and drove to a truck stop and tried to sleep in our car until sunrise. When the manager finally returned my messages two days later, he was unconcerned and did nothing to make it right. Corporate did not respond at all. This place is a dump, it looks like there was a fire at some point and the damage was never fixed. Avoid it like the plague, it is not safe to stay here. Lesson learned, we'll never stay at a Red Roof Inn and never at a hotel with room doors that open to the outside.

Yuck

Dirty, broken and wish I hadn't stayed there. Rooms looked nice and remodeled on line but that must be a different room or from some time ago. Way overpriced for what the rooms looked like. Chair looked like they picked it up from the side of the road, rotten and dirty walls everywhere.

The rooms was very very dirty —light switch to the bathroom was broken & kept getting shocked when turning on & off

We were traveling from Ont Canada to Phoenix AZ and decided to stop here for the night. The room had queen beds but the room was not clean and the bedding should have been replaced a long time ago. Average is being kind. Cannot recommend.

Travelling with my dog and got a room in the wee hours of the morning. looked at the clock before getting in bed and it was 3:38 AM. Before the sun came up I was awakened by a call to the room. No one on the line when I answered, Could have been no one but the manager, I only had to travel 3 and a half more hours to get home but with 3 energy drinks I still had to stop twice just to rest. It took almost 5 hours to drive 230 miles due to lack of sleep. Oh there is also no internet. The young lady clerk who rented the room was nice and that is the only positive statement I can add.
