A bit surprised that it was rated so highly

We were in town for a second time for a nearby seminar. The first time, we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn across the parking lot. This time, we stayed at the Cambria because it got higher ratings and cost only a little more. We did not think that the Cambria compared favorably and were surprised that it wasn't rated lower. It was just average. The room was dated, the furniture in the room felt cheap, including a computer chair that felt unstable. They had cards in the room indicating that they would only provide room cleaning service once every three days. The coffee setup had the bare minimum, and we had to go downstairs to restock since they weren't providing daily service. The people there were friendly and seemed to be doing the best they could, but it felt like they were barely getting by with a skeleton staff.

Visiting family locally and stayed here because they had suites available. Booked 2 king suite months in advance. Unfortunately our room was given away in error our first night, but staff the next day worked with us to get us into our booked suite the rest of our trip. Remainder of stay was great. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend room 412 if traveling as a family and want space to spread out. Beds comfy and hotel was quiet for sleeping.

This was our first visit to Fort Collins and we are very happy that we stayed at the Cambria! Megan Mattero greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and provided us with great customer service! She was very friendly and told us about the area which we were very thankful for!! We definetly will be staying at the Cambria every time we are in Fort Collins. The hotel is in a great area with plenty of dining options close by!! The room was clean and very comfortable!
5 stars if you put employees in masks.

5 stars if you put employees in masks during a pandemic. Also television didn't work. Full bar and bartender, no food. Just breakfast. No evening food because of pandemic and yet no masks. Ugh. Great hotel otherwise. Rooms very clean and cared for. Quiet.

Bed & pillows were very comfy. We booked a standard king suite but we’re given a handicap king suite. The sofa was very uncomfortable & looked like it had come out of a frat house. Decor was very worn & shoddy! Shower/tub didn’t drain & by the time we finished our showers the water was well over our ankles. A/C didn’t cool properly. The note taped to the thermostat said to see instruction in the desk drawer but there were none. We like our room cool at night for sleeping but it never cooled down below 72 until morning. This room wasn’t worth the $274 price. $129-149…maybe. Very disappointing.
