Horrible Stay, dirty rooms, unhelpful staff!!!

Absolutely horrible stay. Disgusting, dirty rooms and was charged an exorbitant amount as it was spring break and they were price gouging. There was actual DIRT in the sheets. Looked like a homeless person had just slept there and they never bothered to change the sheets. In the process of contacting the health department and better business bureau. The grounds are filthy as well- paint peeling off the walls, broken window fixtures, etc. The first room we were offered as a "non-smoking room" smelled like a chain-smoker had been in there for 30 years. The second "non-smoking" room was no better. We spent 10 minutes in the room and decided it would be better to go back and spend the night in the airport. The hotel staff refused to reverse the charge even though we did not spend more than 10 minutes in the room and did not use any thing in the room. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
Never going back

Really bad hotel, bad/dangerous area for any tourist. The rooms are disgusting. Had to replace light bulbs, the room smells humid, hole in bed sheets, dirty.. just gross. I wish I could give it negative stars. The only good thing I can think of is that the ac worked.
Rooms have been nicely remodeled including new flooring and furniture.

I'm a frequent hotel guest and enjoy the modest but functional rooms, as well as the ideal location near a shopping plaza and several restaurants within walking distance. There is also no charge for parking on property while a guest at the hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful with speedy check in service. Finally, there's good options for public transportation and Uber/Lyft are typically available within 5 minutes of request.
Clean but sketchy

My husband and I came with one of his friends to stay in town for a wedding. We last minute booked this place and was $125 after taxes. It was clean and totally renovated. Was good for a 1 night stay. However, I would not recommend females coming alone. There seemed to be ATLEAST 10 people that lived here. They walked around the place with their doors open walking in room to room. They were on drugs, clearly selling them and doing them. We witnessed people tweaking on drugs, prostitution and one guy even was on house arrest by the Ankle bracelet. None of them talked to us, which was nice. But I was with 2 men so I felt safe. There were children cleaning the rooms which was a little odd. We were in the parking lot and one person upstairs opened there door and we smelled marijuana from downstairs by the car.
Give it a chance

Newly remodeled! Was pleasantly surprised. New furniture and vinyl flooring. Stayed here for a show at the Culture Room, less than 5 min walk. Sean at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Great hotel for one star amenities convenient to dining and shopping.
