Candice treated us like family
A bunch of my extended family descended on this hotel, coming into town for a wedding, just after it switched from being a Hyatt. Candice accommodated all our confusion and extra rooms and our impromptu mini reunion at the breakfast room the next morning, making sure everyone got a breakdown, and even took our group photo out front herself. The cousins had a blast in the pool and hotel staff was very helpful recommending Mama Mias pizza for us. Thank you for the hospitality!!
Great stay
Clean property and very friendly staff. Room was clean and roomy and beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the morning breakfast. Cold cereal and pre packaged goods just don’t cut for us for breakfast. Hopefully we will be back to normal sooner than later
Quiet well maintained property
Very quiet, clean and well maintained property. Easy access to Washington Center RD, Lima and Coldwater Roads. Check in via the app / web was easy. Comfortable bed, high quality TV. The best part is that they have soft water. Makes the shower a lot better!
It's ok.
Outside and common areas of the hotel look nice and seem maintained. The room was clean but the trim, decor etc. are dated. The bathroom is very small as is the closet. Not enough room in the bathroom to close the door without stepping over the toilet.
Not up to par with other Hyatt locations
The staff were friendly and attentive, as expected. The room is showing age and use, but is still comfortable. Television reception needs great improvement. The breakfast offerings are limited due to Covid-19.
