Me pareció todo bueno excepto el desayuno. Creo que fue el peor del viaje. La habitación era muy cómoda y todo estaba muy nuevo. El acceso es exclusivo para llegar en coche ya que se encuentra a metros. Pero la geografía hace que no se escuche nada, por lo que es bueno para descansar. Aún así, el precio me parece similar al resto de hoteles en la zona de Dallas- Fort Worth, tremendamente alto.

Nos gusto mucho la ubicación del hotel, la amplitud de la habitación, la decoración y el estilo contemporáneo. Las camas limpias y cómodas. El baño se veía recién remodelado muy amplio y con mucha luz. Al igual el desayuno muy completo, frutas, panes, huevos, cereal etc. justo lo necesario para iniciar el día. Super recomendado!!

My family & I stayed here for 5 days, visiting for New Years. Upon check in, there was a pipe burst in the ceiling that took 3 days to repair, with water leaking on the floor at times. While this was in the hallway, it's hardly what anyone wants to see, or hear, during their stay. I was told they were looking for a plumber to come out to fix it. Why it took days to do so, I don't know. The pool was smaller than it looked in the picture and the water was really cold. The room itself wasn't heated and when we asked, management said there was an issue with making the room warmer. They were better off just keeping it closed honestly. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned and to our surprise, they were not. We had 4 rooms, not one was cleaned. When I asked why no one came, I got no answer, just that they'd make sure it didn't happen again. At least they kept that promise. Breakfast was just cereal, coffee & a paper bag with water, milk, a cold biscuit and yogurt. There's a Hampton Inn right next door so if you wanted a better breakfast you'd have to go walk over there, say you're staying next door and not be charged. Tried using their business center to print, but neither the computers or printer worked. They only have one person working as an Engineer, and he only works in the mornings. So if you have an issue with your room, he's not there to help you until his next shift. Or you could move to another room, if one is available. Front desk did tell me they'd try to contact the engineer and get back to me to try to solve my issue, but unless I went up front, I wasn't contacted back with a response. The only thing I can I enjoyed was the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. They only have one elevator that both the staff and guests use. I work in the hotel industry, for the same management company that runs this hotel, so it was sad for family to see that this is how they operate one of their many hotels. I talked to the general manager and addressed my concerns. But unfortunately we won't be coming back any time soon.

I booked a room for my grandson who was DRIVING from SOUTH CAROLINA all night, & alerted the hotel that he would be arriving early morning Nov. 18th & was assured that he would be able to check in, someone would be there 24 hours. Paid reservation & CHECKED IN from Marriott's email to make sure he would have a room upon arrival. He gets there & they have cancelled his reservation, charged for a NO SHOW, & said there were no more rooms available!! We had to scramble to find him another room & paid a small fortune for it. After booking another room, I went on Marriott's website & found there were rooms available at that same hotel through Sunday!! I made numerous calls to the hotel with no apology or cooperation from the staff!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I stayed with my husband who was here on business. We are both Marriott Bonvoy members (I’m Titanium and he is silver). The bathroom door in our room did not come close to closing, there were small dark hairs left on the bathroom floor. The desk in our room was broken which made my plans to work impossible. There were crumbs and dirt from the previous guest still on the carpet. I realize that Fairfield is the lowest tier of the Marriott brand but I still expect items to be functional and clean.
