My husband and I stayed for one night in March while we were house hunting in Fort Worth. After I checked out, I realized that I left my prescription glasses on the nightstand. When I called the hotel to try to locate them, I was told by the rude woman at the front desk that they didn’t have them. She didn’t even bother to put me on hold to check. She just flatly denied having them. I know for a fact that I left them in the nightstand. Very disappointed with the service at the hotel. I don’t know why anyone would steal prescription eyeglasses but they did.

The entire staff was very pleasant and the property was very well maintained and very clean! The common areas always smelled great. Property was newly built. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Such an Amazing place to stay on, there's many food and shopping locations around the place. It looks so new and well maintained AND HIGHLY CLEAN which is one of the most important things for me, highly recommended

Great Stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while we were visiting friends in Fort Worth/Dallas. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a bit small but it was exactly what we needed. My husband and I were extremely pleased. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We stayed three nights and the facility is very new and clean. We had no complaints during our stay! Jasmine at the front desk was amazing, we had to leave a day early and she took care of canceling the last night and even called us that afternoon to confirm that everything was processed and our refund applied. We don't get this level of service at higher priced hotels. Thanks again to Jasmine for all her awesome assistance!!
