Love the Omni

Reviewed 3 december, 2021

I don’t know where to start. The food at Whiskey and Rye was amazing, room was clean, staff was friendly, starbucks inside the hotel, and the convention center was right across the street. We didn’t get to try Bob’s Steak & Chop house because we didn’t have reservations, so make those in advance! Definitely recommend the Omni!

Just okay for the need

It’s a well kept hotel and comfortable. But like many high end hotels, you pay more for less services. You must pay for parking ($34 a night!) and Internet. No refrigerator or microwave is provided, and you should have tips always ready for bell boys and valet services.

Overall fine except for limited hours of pool and hot tub

Reviewed 3 november, 2021

I was there for an accounting conference in late October. My experience with the hotel was pretty good. My only complaint - and to me it’s a major one - was that the pool and hot tub area closed promptly at 10 PM each evening. Which was not at all smart considering many of us walked around most of the day and needed somewhere to rest our feet and to soak away our aches after long days at the convention center right across the street. Other than that, the hotel met my needs being convenient to everything and within walking distance to a lot. Open your hotel and pool later than 10 PM in you will write a five out of five!

Weekend visit

Mansour did an exceptional job getting our car to us while we were checking out of the Omni this weekend. Mansour was professional and very efficient. One of the best valet experiences of my life - he deserves a raise!

Just one night

Reviewed 6 october, 2021

Our room was on the 10th floor and the walls in the hallway were dirty and in need of painting. The shower was weak in both temperature and pressure. Check-in was efficient and valet was great but $. We had dinner at Bob’s which was good and also pricey.
