Sergio is the man!

The manager in this hotel suspect every guest. No a nice feeling staying here! The room has a kitchen, but no equipement at all. When we ask to borrow some cups, plates and other stuff they said no! Nothing is allowed in the room, so why is there a kitchen here? Normally in hotels they change badroom towels if you leave them on the floor, but not here! The lady who is doing the cleaning in the room just hang them back, without changing them with some new clean ones! But... there is one man in this hotel that knows SERVICE! His name is SERGIO, without him this stay would have been a disaster! Sergio helped us in all ways here, he was very kindly and helpful :-) Thank you Sergio!

Good, big room, very clean and quite comfortable. Nice staff, very very friendly. Restaurant was closed on sunday evening :-( Room service has no cost-benefit: no drinks served, only sandwiches and salads. The salad was expensive and with poor presentation, didn't taste special at all for the price.

This hotel has decent rooms with a living area. Breakfast needs improvement as well as the breakfasts area it seems outdated and dirty. It is in a good location nearby restaurants and the beach. I would give it another try.

WIFI super slow

WIFI super slow in the rooms had to step out to hallway to get good reception. Same thing in the reception area... super slow connection. Sometimes unable to get IP address. Good customer service. Rooms are clean for the price.
