I stayed here for 2 nights in December, one was New Years Eve so unfortunately I feel that I paid a lot more than the room was worth and that it would have been much better value for money if I had been a few days later. This is not the fault of the hotel obviously. One of my reasons for booking this place was that on Hotels.com it said that they had an airport shuttle. They do not. But they were able to call a taxi for me. My room was clean and tidy but very dated, for reasons unknown I had a disabled room with 2 single beds, not what I ordered but not an issue. Impressive breakfast spread, lots of options and lots of everything, they do evening meals here too which smelt very nice, so if they were on a par with breakfast, I'm sure they were good ! Nice pool and surrounding area but packed with kids, as a lone traveller I would usually avoid this kind of "resort" type place, but if that is what you are going for, its fine. I wanted to go to the Argentine side of the falls and the lady on the tourism desk was able to help me arrange a taxi to collect me, do the paperwork to go across the border and then come and collect me, this was made very simple. So while there was nothing wrong with this place, it wouldn't be my ideal choice of type of place to stay, purely based on that, if I visited the area again I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I have stayed 2 nights during my visit to the falls . The room was top floor with a balcony. The room was clean and spacious. Bed mattress was hard and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as I prefer fruit for breakfast and the selection was not much . Stuff was friendly

big hotel, with comfortable rooms

it is a big hotel, it also caters for tour buses, at time little to full. I stayed for 6 nights, and in general not complaints. Obviuosly in the afternoons and evenings the pool area is to full, but still refreshing water. In town and close to all you need.

Excelent choice

Very good hotel, only complain could be the elevators that are too slow. Besides that, you can have big and good breakfast and dinners... its well located. You can walk from there to go out for drinks or grab a bite

I booked this hotel through booking.com, and I'm quite happy about it - centrally located, big room (quadruple), clean. As cons I would say that the wifi was almost not working in the rooms, but only in the hall; almost nobody could speak English; I would not define breakfast as excellent, even if it was abundant with a variety of pastries and savories. Add up was the possibility to book a free shuttle from the airport and to organize tours in the hotel itself - we got an excellent guide (Dimar) and tour of both sides of the falls (Argentina and Brazil). I would recommend it, especially if you are going to spend most of the time exploring the falls. 8-11 August 2016
