Good value hotel, enjoyable stay
Great location near the IAA, nice hotel, friendly staff and good service. The hotel is comfortable and modern and the restaurant was very good. The food was good value although the menu was a little limited. Overall a very pleasant stay
Good hotel but should be 3 star !
I spend 3 nights at Dormero for CPhI 2019. The rooms were clean but not spacious. There was a giant TV in room which was nice. Bathroom was small but OK. Room service was OK. You can have very limited choices for in room dining, quite limited. The hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was average and could be better. Note that you may have to share your table with others or vice versa during busy times due to limited space in the tiny restaurant. Front desk was OK , they tried to find an Iron for me for 2 days and finally I send my clothes to laundry. the best thing about this hotel is the location specially for those who are attending fairs and exhibitions. It takes 10 minutes by walk which is the biggest advantage. I cannot consider more than 3 star and in this case a good 3 star but definitely not a 4 star for sure. But if you find an exceptional rate then why not!Go for it!
Great Hotel!
Very clean room, friendly staff, mini bar drinks are free and they replace the drinks you took when they come clean the room. Very quiet and clean area, walking distance to Skyline plaza and the train station. Highly recommended!
One night in Frankfurt (due to flight delayed 12 hours)
Found on TripAdvisor, one of the few hotels with free rooms. Booked by phone. Clean room (no moquette on the floor). Bathroom ok with a welcome pack including whatever necessary (my suitcase was on the plane). Not so cheap, but the service was at good level. Avoid rooms facing the railway (too noisy)
Disaster
I dont know What happend to This place? Been staying here for Many years during the ambiente fair and it has always Been very Good! Rooms are still Good but cleaning and service is ...lacking! Big time. Breakfast was one big mess of spilled juice, No cutlery, lack of coffemugs , sloppy scrambled eggs and so on..No one seemed to care about cleaning the tables either. Service at the reception counter...my god When we tried to acknowledge the girl (Sonja) behind the counter about the mess at breakfast She just turned away stating ”breakfast was NOT her problem”, givning us kind of a ”talk to the hand move” apparantly service was not her thing either. The diskussion went on for a while since we also told her that the refrigerator in our room didn’t Work, which She was aware of but would not fix ( She told us) ..This all ending with her having a fit and started SCREAMING at my husband..until the manager came out..the She started screaming at him! We got a New room but NOTHING Will EVER make up for the way This person behaved and This was the last time we Stayed here.
