My wife and I stayed for two nights on our way to visit family in Bavaria. We found the Flemings Express Frankfurt to be clean, stylish and modern in its decor, with a friendly and helpful staff. Most of all, the location across from the Central Train Station is extremely convenient, both for making train connections and for walking around town, especially the area around the Main, the restored old city and the Christmas market. Breakfast is excellent; avoid the restaurant for dinner as the menu is extremely limited and more suited for snacks or drinks.

Great service throughout our trip, exceptional until the last day. Left a lot of cash in hotel room and immediately checked out after. Only option is that someone took it from housekeeping/staff. The hotel staff looked later and were nice about it but didn’t offer any help or reimbursement after we stayed there for a week and a half and spent a lot of money.

This hotel is in an excellent location, two minutes from the main train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular Arthur Brown who dealt with all enquiries very professionally and spoke very good English. I stayed at Flemings twice during my stay in Germany and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only negative was a strong 'poo' smell, which I think may have been coming from a pipe near to the room I had on 6th floor. Other than that, the facilities were excellent for the price paid. The breakfast offered lots of variety and there was plenty available. I would definitely stay at the the hotel again when travelling to Frankfurt.

The room was a little dated (paint chipped off the door and slight marks on the wall) but was comfortable enough for us. However, what was uncomfortable was the lack of ventilation in the bedroom which was extremely hot, and lights on the step which were unable to be turned off. We didn’t have the breakfast, but the restaurant seemed sufficient and reasonably priced on the menu. The central location is good for those who are staying for Frankfurt’s travel links and for work purposes. However, the area around the train station is one of the dodgiest I’ve stayed in - it was a bit disappointing when my in-laws mentioned to the receptionist about drug dealers operating in clear sight of their window that ‘this is Europe’. This was especially surprising when the hotel is opposite Frankfurt’s main police station…

Great location - Nice and quiet

It's nice and quiet during the night, while also being conveniently located close to public transportation. The breakfast is excrement and more than we even expected! However, if you feel like waking around, there are plenty of places within walking distance. The rooms were spacious enough for a 4 day stay and they were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting frankfurt who wants to stay in a good location and feel at ease!
