Sucio , huele feo no lo recomiendo salí co. J una picadura en mi estomago no recogen basura 5 días y nunca limpian y fui para pedir que lo limpiaran y no fueron me tocó comprar jabones ese sitio es asquerosidad

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so rude, the rooms are dirty, not to mention they want to charge a $300 deposit fee? I’ve stayed in way nicer hotels than this and the most I’ve ever been charged is $50!? Also, we didn’t even get put in the room that we paid for!!! Our shower was broken , so after being in the city all night we couldn’t even shower when we got back. When I called about it after leaving (which I mentioned it at check out) the person working wants to say “Oh well, not my problem. So what you couldn’t shower.” Seriously!???? Then she hung up on me by saying “Bye b*itch”. This was just a horrible experience. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Should have realized the room was 2 levels based on the name of the hotel! Sleeping area is on upper level in a loft! 1st floor had kitchenette with under the counter mini fridge + full size fridge. Odd. 2 flights of stairs up to sleeping area, difficult to carry luggage up. No elevators in the building so again, be ready for that. Room was clean but because of layout, I did not feel comfortable..a bit noisy overnight, lots of doors slamming.

I spent money at Somerset lofts only to be disappointed by dirty walls, marijuana filled hallways and rude staff... The pictures are deceiving the place is virtual dump. I took time to walk around the place, the vending machines do not work properly, the washing machines and dryers have out order signs on them that been in place for some time. The wi-fi doesn't buffer properly and is not secure. The patrons/guests prop the side security doors open to let other non-paying patrons into the building thus jeopardizing the safety of paying customers. Do Not Stay at Somerset Lofts.

This was the last 'choice hotel' we booked during our trip through the USA and all we can say is that this was ONE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! The photos on the website are tempting and while the website offers breakfast and guest laundry none of these offerings are for real. We had to change the room 4 times, in the first room the shower head broke, in the second room there was no hot water, in the third room the door battery constantly beeped and all the receptionist could say, was that it could be fixed in the morning only. The breakfast which was included in the price did not exist and the washing machine was broken. what else do you need to have a great stay?
