We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean but the carpet was a little damp. Breakfast was limited because of covid. The employee Karen that took care of the breakfast was so very sweet. She went over and beyond being helpful. She even made us waffles! Beautiful pool but didn’t swim. Thanks comfort Inn!

Stayed here last week on our way to Wisconsin, it's exactly the 1/2 way point of our trip and 7 hours in. Unfortunately our options where limited having a small dog with us. Hotel staff was very pleasant, but room was average. Hotel had a faint damp smell and breakfast options where extremely limited. Loud hotel which was not good for a small dog with anxiety!

We were staying in the area for our daughters' wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and seemed almost as excited for our daughter as we were. I will say the hotel cleanliness has some opportunities... otherwise I would have rated five stars.

Hotel was infested with bugs everywhere! Smelled terrible. Mildew on doors and in shower. Carpet was stained and sheets were dirty! This place is a nightmare! I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Tried getting a refund because we didn’t stay and the manager refused!

The TV remote didn't work and when we asked for another that one also didn't work. Ice machine in the breakfast room was not working and neither was the printer in the lobby. This was the first time I reserved with a third party booking agent and we paid in full in advance but were still asked to allow the clerk to run our credit card, which made me very uncomfortable due to possible fraud and double charges. Our room was next to the elevators and we could not only hear it going 'ding' every time someone got on or off we could easily hear conversations ("Hold the door for daddy," "I think our room is this way...") which probably meant other guests could hear our conversations, too. We simply expect more from this chain of hotels and more value for the price we paid.
