We stayed at this place during May 2022. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time. The front desk people are very helpful. They were cordial and told us that they can accommodate us as soon as any room in the upper floors is ready (as we have requested upper floor). The hotel is newer, have modern setting and clean. Breakfast has many options and varieties. Special shout out for the cleaning crews who are always eager to help. I think the front desk guy was Joe. Thank you for everything!

We stayed here on the weekend of 6/10 to 6/12. The room was clean and loved the fact that it had a separate bedroom. With multiple kids it totally worked out with nap times. The breakfast was great and the pool is very popular but also very clean. Service was great. Everyone was super helpful and Antonio at front desk even gave the girls parting gift. I would recommend this place. Lots of decent eatery around to Doordash food if you are tired and ordered some package from Amazon and it got here in 2 days and they delivered on Sunday!

I guess I am To the point of no return….. In the last 3 months I have stayed at just about most popular and advertised hotels and this hotel hit the spot. The front desk clerk was very open and shared her gratitude about working with such a tight group of employees that support each other, and also that salaries are at the industry level. Not only the place was clean, and presentable, I did notice most of the employees content with their duties. Perhaps when a company chain understands that happy employees means good business and profits, the current COVID situation that had thrown a wrench to our economy…..more and more bad managed companies are going to die and those that understand the true value of less profits for a longevity of their investments by paying living salaries to those that keep clients coming back

Stayed here while in town for a family funeral. Was gone all day and came back to an uncleaned room. Dirty sink, full trash cans, no coffee cups or coffee, no fresh drinking cups. Went to front desk to ask for clean cups. Gentleman at front desk doesn’t know where they are. I asked why room wasn’t cleaned. He said I have to REQUEST housekeeping in advance. Of course, no one mentioned this when I checked in The next morning I get a call at 7:40 am from housekeeping telling me they only clean the rooms ONCE EVERY 5 DAYS, UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK TO HAVE YOUR ROOM CLEANED. Just stay at a different hotel — one that cleans the rooms.

For our 4-night stay, they had construction trucks blocking the welcome area and lobby access. Could not load or unload car close to entrance, had to snake our way around the parking pile up. Grandma was with us, and does not move so well, this was a problem. Mentioned to the hotel deck clerk, who shouted at us "THE TRUCKS ARE NOT MOVING!" and if we did not want to get kicked out of the hotel, we should not complain about it. Immediately will be contacting corporate, this was one of the worst guest experiences I have had in my life, and I travel for work very frequently. Not friendly at check-in day 1, not friendly on day 2 when issue first discussed, not friendly and quite hostile on day 3 when no improvement to issues.
