Good things are short-lived
We visited Frisco for a few days and among all the options of different hotels I think it was the best choice. Really comfortable rooms that make you feel at home, a very calm and quiet atmosphere, and all the people make you feel very well. exactly what we were looking for. It has been very short our stay but always with attention at all times. And best of all, it is a Pet-Friendly hotel. A very good option among so many good hotels.
Oasis nearby
Having been displaced from our nearby home by Spring storms in North Texas, our recent stay @ the Residence Inn Frisco was terrific and a pleasant surprise. The best way I can describe it was “we were totally pampered” by the wonderful staff there. After a 14 month pandemic, we couldn’t believe how well this property and their terrific staff responded and were already on their “A” game. Kudos to Marissa Maguire, the GM of both Residence Inn & the attached A/C hotel, and her kind and friendly staff for exceeding our expectations. Thumbs Up!
Loved the kitchenette with refrigerator and stove. Would have been nice to let us know before we went to our room that we needed plates and bowls. But, the staff took care of us nicely. We were treated very well and will return if we need to stay in Dallas in the future.
Great way to spend a holiday!
We were in Frisco for Thanksgiving traveling with our pet. Our room was spacious and the staff was gracious. Everyone spoke to our dog and made all of us comfortable in every regard. We will definitely stay here again!
Clean, top notch, great staff, super room
We stayed for two nights in a studio room and it was superb. It has a kitchenette, comfy king bed with wonderful linens, large glass shower, blackout curtains, 49" LG TV, WiFi, Parking, small buffet breakfast with attentive staff (no contact), and it was quiet! Lots of storage space, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, hot plate, microwave, and dish washer! We have zero issues with everything. We'd be happy to return!
