A very good hotel for a relaxing break
This is hotel that has a friendly, efficient staff who enjoy making sure that you have a good holiday. It is well laid out and is perfect for the type of winter break that we enjoy. We enjoy the simplicity of all inclusive. We love the food and drink. The hotel is beautifully located for getting lots of exercise. It feels extremely safe (Covid) without being excessively regulated.
Super Clean and Corona Proof.
We stayed in this hotel for the second time during this Corona pandemi. Really everything was okay in this hotel Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms, great service and quality food. Thanks again and sure we come back for a third stay.
Decent hotel but overprized
Nice rooms, beautifull pools but too cold. Lovely view (when jou get a room with ocean view) The difference between the 'high end' customers and the 'basic' customers was accentuated a little too much.
Great holiday in difficult times
Fabulous animation team made us feel very welcome rachella especially made our holiday great Food cold but microwave available always something good to eat Pools one heated fabulous clean and safe hotel beds comfy maid service daily
Communicate
It is very difficult to speak to staffs here in english as the staffs have poor grasp of the language. The all credit goes to room that was perfect. But food was not up to the standard. Very close to beach.
