Valuable hotel
Nice room, good service and an appropriate price. I have spent several stay in this hotel every year, this is my first choice in Fuzhou. There is a shop mall downstairs, it is easy to find the food around the hotel.

Great place for stay. I was on my vacation from USA stay there for 4night. Wonderful experience. Nice people. The host work there her name was Nice Tian. She was very nice and professional when we had questions about using the laundry room. Feel sorry to bother her too early 6am in the morning. But she is way too nice answering my questions and showing us a bigger king room. I decided to stay there for my other 8 day. I want to say to Hilton she deserves a big raise. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience. Will be back when next time visit Fuzhou China.
My expectations were a bit too high (maybe because it was new year's eve and I got too excited)
+ We loved the gym and enjoyed working out there. The gym had more than enough equipment and nobody else was in the gym. + The laundry room was especially useful especially in winter + It's next to a mall, convenient to eat and shop - Staff couldn't find our booking because she didn't look carefully - Staff didn't really speak English - Room wallpaper was peeled - Sink was leaking - Windows were dirty and dusty - Laundry room was dirty, there was some guest's underwear left in the basket - For a remote location, it was actually quite noisy, there was loud electronic music probably from KTV next door - Was told ok for late check out by reception only to receive a wake-up call the next day telling us to check out
Great stay and wonderful staff
I had a great stay in Hilton Garden Inn Fuzhou for five days. After discovered my own booking mistake, manager Chen and front desk Fiona had been very courteous and helpful, ensured my wonderful stay there without disruption, really appreciated. The other staff like Elena and Ms. Zhang were all very nice and helpful. The facilities are modern and clean. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
Adequate hotel, not memorable
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Everything was ok but not special. My bed was comfortable enough and the shower decent. The decor was corporate bordering on dull. I thought the breakfast was very orientated to the Chinese guest. Not much for western tastes. I struggled to get enough to eat. I would choose another hotel if I visited this area again,
