Booked this place on a last minute booking. Seemed like high quality and good taste placed convenient close to the A8 and Fulda. The room was nice... but there were no service, no people and no breakfast. Booked on booking.com who contacted us for not showing up...

The location is superb. A short drive from Fulda train station, in a village that is as pretty and tranquil as the Rhoen can be. Everything is organic, from the interior design to the food. The rooms are light and tranquil, so is the conference room. At the back is a beautiful little park, beyond that are fields and woods. The hotel provides a perfect space for focussed working and relaxation and a good base for exploring the pretty area around it. There is a lovely spa area and they will soon offer yoga sessions. The owners put every care and much thought into it and you can feel it. They are attentive and yet discreet.

Mag sein, dass es an dem Sonderpreis lag, aber ich fand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mehr als akzeptabel. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel hatte eine sehr freundliche und helle Athmosphäre. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl her Standard, aber die Qualität war exzellent. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die tatsache, dass es außerhalb Fuldas lag werte ich als Vorteil, da es sehr ruhig war.

Wir haben im Rahmen einer Dienstreise 4 Wochen im voraus Zimmer gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag wurde uns schriftlich vom Hotel mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung seitens des Hotels (Überbuchung) nicht gehalten werden kann und wurden ohne Rücksprache in eine andere Unterkunft eingebucht (weit unter dem gebuchten Standard, unsauber, unzumutbar einfach ohne Worte). Nach telefonischer Rücksprache im Hotel wurde uns lapidar mitgeteilt, das wäre bei Überbuchung von Flügen auch so und wir könnten ja die Dienstreise stornieren. Aufgrund einer Messe blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, da sämtliche Hotels in der Umgebung ausgebucht waren. Die Art und Weise wie uns das mitgeteilt wurde und der Zeitpunkt hat uns sehr verärgert. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht wieder buchen.
