Nice enough for a one night stay. A little off the main path but decent common area. Rooms are adequate in size but bath is smaller than most HIE. Bed is comfortable but pillows are too soft. Maybe worn out. Checkin staff a bit lazy and not welcoming at all. OK but not a real destination.

The first night we checked in (myself, my husband, and a 2-year-old), the first room had so much hair in the bathroom. We immediately asked to be moved and the staff was friendly and helpful. The second room, although also not clean, was better until the 4th day of our stay, when my 2-year-old pulled out a pair of dirty gym shorts, and in the pockets were a DILDO and LUBRICANT. No joke. I told the front office staff and they again were helpful and kind and removed the disgusting find. Then we were moved to a third room which was ok. I was told by the front desk staff that since we booked through a third party, no refund could be given which is why we didn't change hotels. Plus traveling with 2-year-old and changing locations is not easy. I hope this hotel makes serious improvements. After all of this, the only compensation offered by the hotel was $50. Ridiculous.

The hotel was fine with the exception of the room next to me had a very large dog in the room which was not lending itself to a restful night. The hotel was not busy at all, so why would the dog be placed next to an occupied room? Staff training might be in order.

We booked a room for 2 nights but only stayed for a few hours. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport, the driver was very friendly, and courteous. We were given early check in thankfully because we were tired from traveling most of the day. One reason we did not stay for the 2 nights was due to a bug crawling on the wall but it’s a quaint convenient place to stay (minus bugs) not far from the airport.

this place is a very good motel to stop at, the staff are very findley and make you feel at home. the rooms are clean and the beds are good. the only problem is the manager. don't feel as if you can relax eating, he is there at exactly at closing time making sure the staff have everything off the line and all lights are off, i seen where he himself has turned off everything 10 min before closing time. if you want to eat make sure you are there way before closing. he seems to be rude to the staff and makes you feel unwanted.
