I checked in to this hotel about a week ago, im here for a month possibly even longer because of an emergency housing situation. I love how quiet the hotel is, it’s my husband son & i here and we never hear any noise in the halls, the front desk staff are so kind. The other locations have front desk staff that don’t even bother to help you but THIS location in particular truly is a dream. Natasha was so kind, I never got to catch the other older african american woman’s name, but she was the one who i checked in for my month long stay with, she truly has a soft spoken sweet demeanor and i wish more hotels hired people like her. The ONLY downside to my stay so far is the hotel is non smoking which i was so happy about because i have a 2 year old, but the people who stay in the room directly across from me smoke viciously in their room and my baby has asthma, so it’s really been affecting his breathing :/. Other than that my stay so far has been great.

So much cleaner and better quality than other locations. This actually feels like a place I can live for multiple weeks. Everything, even the toilet paper, is better than the other locations. Why?????

Worst Hotel Experience

Horrible experience at this Extended Stay America. We had reservations for over 6 weeks and when we arrived, our two night stay room was not available. The hotel was currently sold out. The manager was very rude and was unable to assist us with another room or another location. We left on the street in with no room late evening. I can't believe Extended Stay America would do something like this to anyone. And to top it off, The hotel charge my card credit for the hotel stay I never got to stay! Ridiculous!

Im in between buying homes so ive been here for a few months now and the staff is amazing, theres a Laundry Matt, Snacks, and i gym. the gym is small but theres a gym.lol. My room is very nice, i have a queen size bed, a kitchen and a living room area with a fold out couch and i just have the average room w a queen and the prices beat the local hotels which have much smaller rooms with way less amenities.

Everyone at the hotel was very kind and accommodating.Everything was clean and taken care of.the check in process was super simple and and fast!nice location easy to travel about everything within minutes of hotel
