Checked in with what seemed like the manager (male), everything great. We then made a gas station run and we’re greeted by hearing loud cursing by a woman with short hair to the young male employee. Checked in at 9:30 and kids were convinced to take a dip before bed. We made reservations here for the pool accommodations. Online said 8am-10:30pm. At 10;00 we go down, get directions to the pool and the key does not work. No employee to be found for 14 minutes after that. Then the rude young lady came out and said they have to change all of their signs. “Doors locked”. How hard would it have been to let us in for 15 minutes ? Sign indoors said 10:30 as well as the website. Poor hospitality to say the least.

Stayed at Hilton on corporate bus ones trip. The owner arrived for a meeting in the bar area with mgt. he spoke so disrespectful to his team using curse words as well. If you are going to have a heated meeting do it in private. I will stay in a roach motel before ever spending another night in a Hilton:

Watch out for the room you are given since there is loud music that is playing outside the hotel entry

Watch out when you het a room on the 1st floor near the lobby. You will certainly hear the music that is playing day and night outside the entry. When you are a light sleeper as I am, you will be exhausted after 2 nights with no sleep. And even when you complain 2 nights in a row at 2:00 am, personel will not turn it down.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous lobby, the rooms and entire hotel are immaculate! Staff very welcoming & kind! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options! Drinks & dinner were phenomenal! Well Done Hilton Garden Inn!

For business purposes, I have stayed in MANY Hiltons and Marriott hotels over the course of 7 years. I was extremely shocked and saddened. During this trip, our reservation had been canceled and our room had been sold although confirmed in advanced it would not. We were also told our first night would be compensated for extenuating circumstances. Upon arrival, this too didn't happen. We were set up with a blow up mattress and a single bed for four. No linens were provided for the blow up mattress (which deflated in the middle of the night) or towels for the additional people in the room. We were expected to blow up the bed ourselves as well as retrieve the linens. Our toilet was plugged for 24 hours (because they didn't have a plunger) and our tv didn't work. Both of these issues weren't resolved until after numerous phone calls. The room was limited with amenities (packets of creamer, no pens/paper, little bathroom supplies, etc.). Upon check out, they charged us for the room although we paid for it via Priceline months prior. This meant we were being charged twice for our horrible experience. When asked to speak to a manager there wasn't one available. We were told that we needed to contact Priceline to have THEM refund us the money we paid them. After getting ahold of the manager they canceled the charges they tacked on. This did not make for a very welcoming, kind, hospitable, or enjoyable stay.
