Couldn't get into the first room because of a lock problem, but Sam was Johnny on the spot and got us into another room. There's pleanty if switches in the walls, but the jacuzzi bath is the one on the timer. There's a kitchenette, but no glasses, plates, or silverware. Street noise was constant (apparently they don't sell mufflers in NJ). Overall, very pleased with the room, and desk service was excellent.
Do not stay here

I have been a Radisson gold member for 10 yrs. We went on a trip up to Maine and down to Atlantic city before coming home. This trip had us staying in 10 different Radisson properties. This one is ranked 9th. This one is in desperate need of renovation all of the reviews around this one are all spot on this property is just gross. Radisson 10 years ago they were good anymore I think Radisson will just let anyone run a hotel in there name. My family being a member of Radisson for 10 years we have stayed at too many to count and this one is still seconded from last.

I was definitely tricked by inaccurate photos and rare good reviews on the internet before booking this place. My partner and I arrived to find the front desk absolutely covered in graffiti - a bad sign in a hotel lobby. The elevator smelled like a restroom and the overall energy and vibe of the hallway felt dour. The keypad on the door to our room was banged and busted in, as if someone had tried to force the door open by hitting it repeatedly with a 2x4. The inside lock was broken. There were mysterious dark stains dotting the carpet inside and on the furniture. The sheets had small black stains as well, questionable. There was a dried mystery liquid on the dresser. We immediately decided to leave the room after an hour and stay elsewhere. Please choose elsewhere for your stay. Luckily we were able to find other accommodations and were able to make it work financially, because otherwise I would have felt incredibly unsafe and disgusting. I do hope the cleanliness standards are able to be fixed. Beware, photos on the hotel website do NOT match what you will get.
Charged twice for room — more the second time & no breakfast

The man behind the desk told me that my husband and I did not have a reservation, even after I showed him the confirmation by booking.com on my phone. He showed me a list of surnames and asked me whether mine was on the list, which it wasn’t. So he charged me $414 for the room for which I had already paid $233 online. It was University Weekend at Stockton University in nearby Galloway, NJ, and we had travelled 7 hrs from Upstate NY to be there with our granddaughter. We had purposefully chosen to stay at this hotel with the rest of her family, expecting to enjoy breakfast together in the morning, but the breakfast listed among the Amenities on their site was not available. Very disappointing experience.
Dont walk, RUN away!!!

Filty, terrible smell, mold everywhere, mirrors filthy, soap dish, shower curtain hooks from the dollar store nearby. just outside at end of hotel is a container open to the elements stacked with used towels baking in the sun for days. hard to get room service. "free breakfast" is in a small, dark room with a dirty coffee maker and a dispenser of cheap sugar filled kid's cereal. wouldn't touch it. never will return!
