consegui este hotel por medio de orbitz en linea, resulta que en verdad tenia poco tiempo para checar disponibilidad de hoteles y se aparece motel six a un precio muy accesible. Fue en verdad lo que mas me atrajo, sin embargo no siempre lo barato es lo mejor y suele ser mas caro. Primero, reserve para ocho dias cuarto para no fumadores, cosa que no sucedio que tuvieramos porque resulto al llegar que no existen cuartos tales, en la propaganda del motel anuncian cuartos con wifi : ""en ciertos cuartos" ok pero al llegar reulta que que no hay ni un cuarto con esas caracteristicas, ok. No habia ni un cesto para depositar basura, el cuarto estaba sucio, polvo abajo de la cama y basura pequena que se ve se ha acumulado por la falta de limpieza a fondo. El cuarto era terriblemente para fumadores empedernidos; de cinco dias de permanencia, solo dos dias limpiaron el cuarto y tendieron la cama, el aire acondicionado en el primer cuarto que ocupamos, nos cambiamos a otro cuarto buscando wi fi, era terriblemente ruidoso a tal punto que era dificil dormir, en el segundo el aire estaba normal. Al ver en el quinto dia que no asearon de nuevo, salimos a las diez am del cuarto y regresamos a las dos y media pm, decidimos dejar el hotel. Es verdad que nos devolvieron el importe de los dos dias restantes , que pues era lo menos que podia suceder no? bueno a grandes rasgos no lo recomiendo. Gracias.
Minimalist decor, very clean, very affordable price

I visited during Spring Break and was grateful to find any hotel less than $100 per night. Just me and my husband so a bed, bathroom and air conditioner is all we need. Visiting daughter in college here in Galveston. Just a note, the website says queen size bed but it is definitely a full size. I hate sleeping that close to my husband but that is my problem :-) Obviously, the clientele is not the same you would find at a Hampton Inn or Marriott but for the most part everyone minds their own business and manners. The staff was efficient and friendly and I had no issues with check in. The room smells like a bleach cleaner was used but I would say in this day and age that is a plus. The bed is clean and neat, the bathroom updated and clean and the ac works very well and is not loud or clangy. The property is well kept and plenty of grassy areas for animals which are allowed. I have no complaints about this hotel even if it is a Motel 6.

First time staying in this Motel 6 in Galveston Texas. Very friendly and helpful employees and rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay here again. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you

This is my second time staying here. I don’t know what happened but they got some rude mangers. First Lady is some how a manger. Gave me the wrong reservation had to go back and get mine. Took a shower and it flooded the bathroom and by the sink. Called them and it’s a different lady. I told her and she said what do you want me to do about it.... give me a different room. She said all of them have walk in showers. I told her when I stayed here before I had a tub. She said no. I asked can I have the corporate number since she denied my refund so I can go somewhere else. She told me I have be here more than 15 mins can’t get a refund and she told me there’s no corporate. I said well someone is running this place. She said the owner. I said what time. Tomorrow at 9am. And I asked her for their number. She said you already have it. I asked again and she said you have it you called up here. So I left led and looked up the corporate number and made a report on them. Found out the lady is also a manger. I feel like they are lying. Corporate told me my name is under two reservation and that my information is mixed up with another lady’s information. So the First Lady did something so I had to go back to the office and update my information. I came again the next day before 10am and the First Lady told me they are not here and don’t know when the owner will be here. Who ever cleaned the bathroom it wasn’t well done. The mirror looks crappy. They don’t know how to clean the mirror. Housekeeper didn’t fix the bed the next day. She came and asked if I needed towels. She walks off came back like in 5 mins. Dropped them on my bed and says you need to bring the dirty towels outside. Walks off. Didn’t tell me she was done. Left the door open for like 10 mins seeing if she was coming back and she didn’t. The paints in the room is peeling. The lights etc who ever fix it didn’t have it straight. Stains on the blankets. Looked like a cigarette burned hole on their phone. Duck tape behide the remote. The shower curtains were broken off. The big light in the bathroom didn’t work. The bathroom smelled like poop. People staying next door when we were leaving were smoking weed. We can smell it

The room smelled terrible. It smelled like urine. The air conditioning didn’t work! There were ROACHES. The beds had stained sheets, the office couldn’t give new ones because they didn’t have extra.It was very health concerning.
