We love the Hilton Garden Inn in Gatlinburg. It's Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Friendly staff and great location. The fireplaces are a nice amenity. We will definitely be back! It's become home away from home.

The walls are paper thin. The room next to us had a lady who sobbed all night long. On the other side of us, every time they ran the water, we heard it. After the crier left, the next evening, we listened for several hours to a dog who barked incessantly while their owner was out and about. The water pressure in the shower is very good and the towels are very nice. The bed was okay, not bad-not great. The pillows were terrible-bring your own;these go flat immediately. Lastly, I bumped my knee at least four times on the weird bed frame. I don’t know if I could be more miserable on a trip. I think I understand why she was crying.

Clean, friendly, great location, really nice common areas (including inside fireplace and outside fire pit), and the best breakfast of any HGI I’ve ever been to! Like most places these days, no daily maid service, but getting towels is no problem.

We are here now. Pool is closed due to technical issues. Dayclerk is rude like other reviewers mentioned. I'm also a Gold member but no water, no upgrade, no breakfast credit offered. Room is outdated. I could have booked a place half the price w/ current poor amenities or down the road's Margaritaville for similar or less and they have SPA services! So disappointed...

We stay at the Hilton Garden Inn every time we are in Gatlinburg. The rooms are roomy and clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. The breakfast was a pleasant experience each morning, the servers were friendly and efficient and they cooked an omelet to my specification. They also have a nice hot breakfast buffet for those who want to go through the line. We looked forward to our breakfast each morning. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. We always enjoy our stay.
