Really bad room with a crappy shower! Spots everywhere, broken showerhead, broken sofa. Bare minimum on the breakfast! No staff at arrival, just a envelope at the counter and a mail with a code for the door. We are never gonna stay there again!

Overnight stay on road trip in Sweden. Easy parking for car. Good location. Restaurants nearby. Easy walk to middle of city and to train station. Check in easy and helpful. Family room worked well for 4 adults. Good breakfast

this is very good budget hotel; breakfast; friendly personal always gives the best service; big rooms, good working conditions; good speed of internet; located centrally in the city; there are a lot of restaurants and shops around

Simple but cosy hotel with superb location in central Gävle. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and included everything you need, only in a smaller version than the bigger hotels.

Hotel is decent, but do not stay there is you come by car. Our car got broken into after breaking a window. There is a parking next to the hotel but not private so under your own responsibility and we have been told after the fact that the area is not safe.
